Hello all,
Unfortunately, as I'm still in the process of learning German, I am currently forced to write in English. I hope that is alright.
Recently, I have purchased a cellular contract with Vodafone online. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my customer password before being able to register with MeinVodafone. When I check my contract, all I can see it 'Customer picked password when buying contract'. Is there anyway I can figure out what I had noted down or potentially even change it.

There's no way for you to recover it, when it's lost.
You can only change your customer password through the following order form:

Thank you so much for your answer. Quite a bummer about being unable to recover the password.
I came across that form last night and filled it out. However, whenever I attempted to submit it online, I wasn't able to. Furthermore, when trying to submit it online, there's a field asking for my customer's number which is marked as mandatory. Is there something I am missing here? Or is there potentially an email address I could send the form to?

Your customer number should be on your bill, but imco the contact formular doesn't need this.
