I went to a Vodafone store with my a iPhone and they transferred my eSIM to it. Everything works - except receiving calls. I've double-checked all the settings and I can make calls. I've restarted the phone several times.

did you uninstall and reinstall your esim again? What does the person who calls you get for an error message?

The Vodafone store installed the eSim on my new phone.
Now when someone calls me, it just goes straight to Voice Mail.
I also went through the following steps, to assure my iPhone settings were not the problem:
