Hi.
I have ordered an iphone 16 pro via vodafone website (without any tariff) that means the order is fully prepaid. At the time of order it was showing the delivery time to be immediate i.e., within the current week but as as soon as i ordered, it changed to October 30, and then further postponed to November 06. I want to cancel the order because I needed it this week or else I will be travelling on the weekend and won't be receiving it at all. I tried calling hotline multiple times, sometimes they don't speak english, sometimes they do but they forward it to some other department who then doesn't speak. One person asked me to call a bit later because the order was made an hour ago only so the data won't be reflected there.
Now its going in circles and I am trying everything to make sure they don't dispatch it. I don't know what channels to use now.
I haven't paid for it since it was cash on delivery, so my last option would be to ignore and let the courier take care of it once I don't receive it.
Any help would be really appreciated.
