Hallo,
I ordered an e-sim via online but want to cancel it because the shipping is not working at all for 2 weeks.
But I didn't receive any invoice or e-sim confirmation mail or shipping confirmation mail or delivery note
even if it's been 2 weeks ago since I made the order.
So I cannot use your portal for my revokation.
Please manually handle my order, not providing some portal link.
