Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my prepaid eSIM and I hope someone here can help.
A couple of months ago, I purchased a prepaid eSIM and installed it on my phone. Initially, everything worked perfectly and I had a stable 5G connection.
Unfortunately, because I do not speak German and the MeinVodafone app is in German, I accidentally disabled the 5G option in the app. When I realized what had happened, the option to enable 5G was no longer visible at all.
Since then, my connection has been limited to 4G only. I cannot re-enable 5G either in the MeinVodafone app or in the iPhone settings.
I already visited a Vodafone store to ask for help, but the employee told me this was the first time he had heard of such an issue and could not assist me further.
My questions are:
Is it possible that 5G was permanently disabled for my prepaid eSIM via the app?
Can Vodafone manually re-enable 5G on my SIM/eSIM?
Is there any way to make the 5G option visible again in the MeinVodafone app?
I would really appreciate any advice or experience with a similar problem.

5G is normaly activate.
You can't change this.
