I have got a new connection but I miss to book cable router so I received only an adapter. I have just a wifi router(TP link), seems I cannot connect without cable router. Could you please let me know the options to go further now?

Contact the custumer service on Facebook, Twitter or WhatsApp or go to a local shop and buy a Fritzbox Cable. Don't buy on ebay, because most boxes sold there are locked and won't work with your booked tarif.

However buying a Fritz is so expensive, is it ok to buy a cheap router for 50 € or is there possibility to order now with Vodafone for monthly rent to my contract?

You absolutely need a cable router, a DSL router will not help you. Unfortunately, only the Fritz boxes are freely available as cable routers.
If you buy a cheap used Fritzbox Cable and it is an embezzled provider device, you are unlucky and bought an expensive paperweight, because it will not work on your connection.
Of course you can also book a rental device via customer service, but in the worst case you will be without a router for another 1-2 weeks. In addition, you must confirm the order summary that you receive by email (completely in German) via the included link, otherwise the order will be automatically rejected after 14 days.
Also consider that you would have to invest a little more money now, but you will be online immediately after connection. In addition, the Fritz boxes can still be sold well after the end of the contract if they were purchased in free trade.

But if it is expensive than initial offer (2 € per month, I think) for cabel router rental by Vodafone, I prefer to terminate the contract and make a new contract in couple of weeks. Is it possible now? kindly let me know.

You can cancel the contract for the first time at the end of the minimum contract period of 24 months.
If you have completed the contract online and are still within the 14-day withdrawal period (starts when the contract is concluded with receipt of the withdrawal policy, not when the contract begins!), you can carry out a withdrawal in the communicated ways.
However, you can then only conclude a contract at new customer conditions after 3 months.

The simple cable router (Vodafone Station) costs €2.99 per month, plus a one-time fee of €9.99 for shipping.
The Homebox Fritzbox 6660 costs €4.99 per month, the Homebox Fritzbox 6690 costs €7.99 per month, each plus a one-time €9.99 for shipping and €29.99 for activation.

It seems there is no way for me to terminate now, so I must stay at all cost 😉

Now to configure my new contract (starting from today), I received only a adaptor which I am not able to connect to my wall socket . So I connect as usual with my old Vodafone modem, but there is no internet.

Could you please help me in configuration? thanks.
