Hello, I have problem with internet connection activation. After installing the wired router, the internet(data) green light is still flashing and there is no internet connection. I need technician for internet activation ( may be they need to connect some cable at basement(main board). I called every possible contact number but they don't understand my english. So i need help to get an appointment with techician to fix this problem. Some one can help me in this situation please?

I saw that a ticket has already been created and processed for you. I assume that the internet is now working.
