Hello,
I am still being charged for gigatv contract despite cancelling the contract within the week and returning the equipment. please see attached. Can you facilitate the process and also refund the incorrect charges?

which company debits? Vodafone Kabel Deutschland, Vodafone GmbH or another? Does the debit reference include the customer number of the GigaTV contract?

Hi Vodafone Hessen GmbH does the deductions and debit note includes the customer number.
