Dear Sir/Madam,

 

My customer number is *. My full name is *. My tarrif plan is GigaZuhause 500 Kabel.

I have ordered a move already and my new address does not have Kabel. So I do not want to change to DSL. 

I have already called your customer care and cancelled. But unfortunately no response or email confirmation about cancellation. 

 

 Please cancel my contract by end of this month. I dont want to get charged for not using it.
