I am currently having "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable" tariff. As per stated the contract, I am eligible to change to a lower tariff at the 7th month. Please if you would help with the change to "Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable".

The change to Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable will be effective on 9 May 2021. To this date you'll get an extra confirmation and you can see the new tariff in your customer portal.

Thank you. I received the letter stating the tariff had been change. In the paper, It say that I have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Can I clarify if I choose to revoke, is it refer only to the change to 50 cable tariff... OR it means the whole contact originally signed up will be terminated and I will not be bound to the remaining 18 months ?
