Hello Vodafone team
I recently cancelled my vodafone kabel internet after almost 3 months of no internet connection. I moved apartments in May 2024 and set up a kabel internet contract with vodafone as a new customer on 6th May 2024. Since then I had a long delay problem getting my vodafone station router from the transport carrier service and even when I got it in June, my internet did not work at all. I contacted vodafone and arranged an appointment with a technician but sadly, they did not even come to fix the problem even after booking an appointment. This ultimately led me to cancel my contract out of frustration on 12th July 2024. For that time period of 6th May till 12th July, I have not even used the vodafone internet AT ALL, and I am humbly requesting if this cancellation is valid since it is longer than the 14 days. I fear that I may be billed for the internet for the whole 24 months yet I did not even use the internet. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
