Hello, my name is Irene. I contracted via internet kable vodafone. I received the last friday the kable router but it is not working. During the instalation the red led of internet is blinking all the time and I cannot continue with the next steps. I tried to call several times but they cannot spean english and I dont know what else can I do.

to solve your main problem - u r offline - a technician has to visit u and fix it.
so u may wait 4 support from the mods of the community - or call again and again
(maybe a friend or neighbour can translate ?!)

The Technik came two times and it is not possible to install the kabel in my appartment. They told me to create another contract with DSL (already dos it yesterday). Can You please me help me to cancel the current contract with the kabel? I Tried to call but again I cannot communicate in german.
