Hello, my name is Irene. I contracted via internet kable vodafone. I received the last friday the kable router but it is not working. During the instalation the red led of internet is blinking all the time and I cannot continue with the next steps. I tried to call several times but they cannot spean english and I dont know what else can I do.

Hello. I have the exact same issue but I have not contacted support. Can somebody help me?, I guess my problem is the same one, that I can not use cable in my apartment. Please help, I don't speak german either.
