My Kunden-Nr. xxxxxxxxxxx I requested the connection only from 04th May. I see that the contract says the connection starts from 29 April. I am not living in that house. I live in a hotel now. I will go that house only on 3 May 2021. On 29th April the house is empty. Also, please send the router or other equipment to my hotel. Whenever the equipments are shipped, please send me the tracking no. as well. So I will go and enquire in the hotel reception.

Hello Arasan,
I will gladly take a look at it. Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address (where the connection is switched) via private message. Write me also the address where you want to have sent the devices and then get back to me here in the thread.
