Hello, writing here as I couldn't find any English customer support. As I don't speak any German, I'm lost in the customer support line.
I created a Kabel subscription through check24 and the subscription started in August. I received the box, installed the router and have been using it ever since.
I recently realized the invoice amounts are not being deposited from the account I gave check24. I can't view my invoices because I don't have my customer number.
From reading support articles I realized I needed a welcome letter but this never arrived. Can you please let me know how I can get my customer number in ENGLISH? 🙂

Please note that it is no longer possible to directly process service requests (faults, changes to master data or contracts) in the community, as there is no longer any exchange of personal data.
