Urgent help - Problem with answering my issue via phone

I have ordered a cable service 1000Mbt at 9th of November. But it still not working in my house. I have called many times to the phone service but still no answer or sollution. Hope one perspn can fix my issue and answer me.

 

I have 2 questions:

 

1- I have vodafone easybox 805 modem. is it fitted to use for cable internet 1000M? if not, how can I order a new modem? How can I return back this modwm?

 

2- I need password and installation code to configure the internet. is it possible to receive via sms? I have not received them via post. 

 

I need an urgent help

The Easybox 805 is a pure DSL router and can NOT be used for cable internet via the TV cable connection.
Where did you get the device from? If you received it from Vodafone, then you definitely didn't order cable internet, but rather a DSL connection (via the telephone line).
There is no installation code or password for cable internet because the devices log in to the CMTS and are activated via the CM-MAC.
