We have faulty internet for over one week now. So far, we have received no information from Vodafone. All information we had, we had to chase it. We have spent over 5 hours between rude people answering the phone and long waiting times, just to get nowhere. Vodadone provides no information, only says that they are still working on the problem. We have no expectations when the service will resume. We were provided with a router as backup, that doesnt correspond to 5% of the speed we have contracted. 

This is the worst service i have ever experienced and absurd that we need to keep chasing solutions for a problem that was not created by ourselves. While all of this is happening, we are paying still for the service of course.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via Facebook or Twitter.
