Hi,

 

I have a Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable plan and I had it for almost 8 months now. In the early days, I had a good speed of around 800 Mbps, but recently it's been between 300 to 400 Mbps. Here are my questions:

  • Is there a way to increase the speed again? For installation, I waited 3 months for my internet to get connected. I don't want to wait 3 months for this fix.
  • If it can't be fixed in a reasonable time frame, can I at least downgrade my plan so I don't pay for a service that I don't get?
