Hi,
I currently have a contract with Vodafone for approximately 12 months (Kabel - 100 Mb/s). I will relocate next week and when I check the availability of my tariff in the new place, I found out that it does not be supported (Kabel or DSL is not supported). However, GigaCube (5G) is supported, but I do not want to go for GigaCube, since it has so much latency (I tried GigaCube before). When I ask to the Vodafone shop in the Münchner Freheit (in Munich), I have been told that I am unable to cancel the contract since there is another type of connection is supported. I just want to know that am I eligible to terminate the contract due to unavailability of Kabel connection. Can you help me regarding this purpose, please?

Firstly, thank you for your reply.
In the website that you have proposed, it does not show any Kabel connection for the new address (as I already mentioned in my first message). Does it mean that I am eligible to terminate contract? Also, for this purpose, whom should I write?

When you report your move via the relocation service, Vodafone will check if your contract is available at the new location. If it isn‘t Vodafone will terminate the contract themselves with a period of 1 month to the end of the month (example: termination on August 28th will end the contract to September 30th). You don‘t have to do anything yourself, in fact if you start a termination yourself it can mess up the whole process.

Hi,
Thank you for your explanation. I used the relocation service and in the website, it was said that "Exam succesful". However, I was unable to go further, since there was not any webpage after then. Thus, I am asking that how does Vodafone figure it out the address change?
