Hi I am moving to a new address in oct 2024, i am planning to take my connection with me, however my new address is not available in vodafone database, on sending this question vodafone has sent a contract termination letter to me for th contract termination date as june 2026, if i can't take my connection to new address i would like the contract to be terminated on oct itself.

if your connection is not available at the new address, you have a special right of termination. Customer support will definitely have to look into this again. Please contact us via our WhatsApp chat on 0172 1217212.
