Switch cable connection 1000Mbps to 50Mbps

Hello all,

I recently took Vodafone cable connection(1000Mbps plan) in the local Vodafone store.

I was told to take the fastest plan 1000 Mbps plan since it is 19.99 euro per month for the first 6 months. And I can switch to the cheapest 50Mbps plan a week after.

I was advised to create a fault article here.

Please assist me to switch the plan to 50Mbps .

If you have the option to switch in your order confirmation, you can have it carried out by customer service for the 7th month, not earlier.
If you want to go quickly, you can contact the hotline (only in German) or social media support on Facebook, Twitter or WhatsApp. Since you write that the contract was only concluded last week, you still have time and can wait here for a mod, they can change that for them too.
For this it is important to know which federal state you come from.

I have marked the change in the system at the end of the first 6 months (22.12.2021). You will receive written confirmation on the changeover date. Do you have any further questions?
