Dear Vodafone Team,
I was struggling with vodafone network. I took the connection 20 days back with Giga 1000 Kabel.
But it was never crossed 50MBps. I have called to customer care multiple times and the language is biggest pain, representatives are very rude and they never talk in english(uckily few people still manage but its hard to conccet with) and ask you to call again. As part of contract documnet I did not get the kundennummer as well , the technician who came to fix just connected and left without any guidance and testing.
Can some one help how can I cancel my contract without any hidden charges?
