Good morning.
I have canceled my subscription in 27.05.2024 17:18, and received a confirmation by e-mail about send back the router in 24.06.2024.
During this meantime above and nowadays I still paying my subscription monthly. Could please someone help me?
I have done the cancellation again today (24.08.2024 9:31) just in case.

Did you at any point make changes to the contract, like switching to a different speed? In that case the 24 months start again. If youbdidn‘t do anything like that, contact support via WhatsApp (support in English is available there).

Were there other parts in your contract that you didn't cancel, e.g. additional TV subscriptions or mobile contracts that are NOT part of the internet contract that you cancelled?
