Hi all,
I completed my 2 year contract term with 100Mbps and wanted to upgrade the speed and start a new contract. My new contract started from yesterday (20.12.2024). I talked to one of the Vodafone representatives yesterday that I am getting the same speed as I was getting with 100Mbps package and he told me to wait for the first day as it takes some time, he said you can ask tomorrow if the issue persists. Now, although I haven't called until now but wanted to ask here first that I am still getting the same speed and also when I checked the vodafone speed test it gives that I have 100Mbps tariff. Can someone help here?

why did you start a new contract instead upgrading the current

Actually I wan not aware of the upgradation policy but when I was cancelling my previous contract inside the due date I was not told about the posibility of an upgrade. So, I thought that I can start a new contract and the vodafone representative told me that your tariff will be updated and you can have the same Vodafone station router.

Thanks a lot for reminding me again of this. I did it yesterday but at that time I guess the new installation was going on but now after restarting the router I get the new tariff speed. Thanks again.
