Hello! I have started my contract with Vodafone in March and my previous provider hasn't yet confirmed the cancellation. I believe one of the reasons could be because the number I informed as my Festnetznummer is not correct, but I can't see to find it. No I don't see a way to update this - perhaps I would inform my Kundennummer instead.
I try support in the phone, but only support in German is available, can you help?
