Hello everyone,
I hope this is the right place for this question.
I'm moving to a new house in Berlin, I filled out the moving form from MyVodafone Account, and it said that I will receive a letter in the next 4 days, and the whole process can take about 4 weeks. Is this correct?
Sadly, I will be moving in 10 days and I work from home. It would be an inconvenience if this process take that long.

your contract is connected to the Vodafone router
therefore you can connect the router to the outlet in your new flat and it should work immediately

Hi @MarianoB , sorry for bringing up the old topic.
Did the progress of moving went smothly? I also have cable in my current apartment and cable in new apartment. So you only need to register the move online on portal, then bring the router to new house and it work right away? No appoinment or technican needed?
