I would like to switch my contract from cable to DSL

Hi,

I'm moving from berlin to magdeberg and the current contract is in cable. the new place i'm moving to has only DSL connections.

I would like to keep the contract and use DSL in the new address, would it be possible ?

I tried calling customer support, but i could not understand deutsch.

This most likely will not be possible, due to the different technologies you will need a new contract. The normal procedure is to report the move to Vodafone, and if the current contract is not available at the new place, Vodafone will terminate it and you will need to get a new one with a provider of your choice.
