Hi sorry I only speak English but I ordered cable internet and received equipment but never got a call about the technician appointment. Calling customer service was not helpful. Thanks

do you need a technician? In most cases, self-installation is offered at the connection. Have you connected the router?

The paperwork I received and what I signed up for includes 89.99 euro for a technician. Also I don't think the router was sent with my equipment. Only the superWLAN.
