I ordered a Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable on October 6th. I received a bill a few days back but I have STILL NOT received the router box?! This is really getting on my nerves. The deleivery agent said the box was returned to the original sender (i.e. Vodafone) but I was never called when it reached! I was at home the entire day when the box was supposed too arrive! Now there is no update on when the box will be sent and if Vodafone does not want to send the box I will be happy to discontinue this extreamly horrible service.
