Hi,
I signed the contract on March 19, 2022. I received the modem on March 24th, 2022 then I fount the
Home does not have a cable internet outlet to connect the Cable internet modem and my home does not permit drilling to attach the cable outlet. So I couldn't use this cable internet.
Please note: I have contacted the shop where I purchased this cable internet subscription and a cancellation process is being initiated on 31.03.2022 and I returned my modem to the address given on the return slip that was in the modem box.
But yester day I received a mail from Vodafone saying that my contract cannot be cancelled.
I also requested for canceling my contract in meinvodafone on 01-April-2022
could you please help me in cancelling my contract?
