Hello,
I am not good at speaking German so I need to write this down in English! I received my box and all the documentation yesterday. However, even though I follow the steps correctly I did not receive the internet connection. While I tried to contact customer support, since I do not know to speak German, I could not overcome the issue. I believe a Vodafone representative needs to activate my account. Could you please help me with this matter?

Hello Gizem,
I assume a technician will need to come to you to activate the line. If you have a contract with Vodafone Kabel Deutschland I can take a look at that. Please send me the following details via PM:
- your name
- the full address
- the birth date of the contract owner
- the customer number
- the MAC address of the router
- a phone number for the appointment
If indeed a technician is needed you must make sure that he can access the house installation. That's a small box with a (Vodafone) Kabel Deutschland label, usually located in the basement of the house. Are there symptoms in your household that might be linked to Covid19?
