Ich habe über Check24 einen Kabelinternetanschluss bestellt, aber keine Bestätigung erhalten

I recently moved into a new apartment and on March 29th, 2022 ordered Vodafone Kabel Internet via check24. After a few days, check24 confirmed that they forwarded my order to Vodafone and that the provider will be in touch with you shortly. But it's been over a week and I haven't received an email or letter. Today I received an SMS from Vodafone saying:

" Dear Arslan Tariq, please install your cable router within the next 5 days. This will activate your connection. You will find the cable router and installation instructions in the starter package. You have already received this from us Or watch our help video at
< www.vod.af/routerconnection > Best regards, Your Vodafone team "

But the problem is that I have not received anything from Vodafone.

thanks for your pm.

As I can see you meanwhile got a order confirmation. The router is also on it's way and will arrive in the next few days via parcel.

As soon the device arrives you can install it at your cable socket.
