Hi. I don't speak German. I called Vodafone but the guy only spoke German so there was a communication problem. I recently ordered a new cable Internet connection contract, but I was only sent some documents through post and it's like I'm supposed to set up everything myself. I can't do that because I don't have the required coaxial cables, converters and whatever other information necessary to do this. So, I urgently need Vodafone to send a technician to my house and preferably if he spoke English, that would be a bonus.
