Hello,
I recently ordered cables to a new address that I will be moving to and have not received any confirmation via email. I'm in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. I wanted to see if the order did not go through.
I ordered via the website, in case that is relevant.

Hello AndreC,
you were a little too impatient. You specified a desired date for your first order. You will not receive a device before this date. The order confirmation was sent in advance and could not be delivered to you. I took care that you did not have the contract twice. You will have to send the second device back.

I was expecting a confirmation email from the online order instead of by post, which is It is different than what I am familiar with; and the representative at the Vodafone shop did not see an order for me when I asked if one was pending. Either way, I will send back the extra device.
