Hello everyone, I am new in Germany and moved in here with a friend. We are both English speakers so we are having a terrible problem getting our problem solved with vodafone. It has been 1 month and we still have not been able to solve it. One month ago we received a walk in vodafone service person. We made an internet and cellular combined contract with them. They informed us we will get the internet device in one week and sim card in 2 weeks. Device was in my friends name and house is also in his name and so is the account. Only the sim card was in my name. We recevied the device but never the sim card. No user account details for internet or sim and also the contact person has no clue where it went. Our internet is working fine but they keep deducting my sim money too which i still do not have. This website is really my last hope before i go to the police. I am a student i do not afford to pay this much for something i do not even have. And all i have is the contract so i cant get any help from the helplines either even if i did speak german. someone please help me.

My internet as been going in and out since I accepted service from Vodafone (August 2021).
I have had a tech come out and he couldn't fix the problem.
Vodafone sent another tech that told me it was the street line in Oct.
Now I am having issues again and I haven't had internet in 2 days. I did all the trouble shooting and every time I My internet as been going in and out since I accepted service from Vodafone (August 2021).
