Sorry for the English but i recently moved to Germany and decided to get cable internet with Vodafone, i received my router station today and set it up, i am trying to activate on the website with my account number and activation code but when i type in my account number it keeps saying that it needs to be 9 digits long, which it is. i have double checked multiple times, it doesn't even say its wrong, just that it has to be 9 digits with no spaces or dashes. i don't know what to do I am 100% certain i am typing it in correctly but it won't even let me click continue.
