Hi, voda cancel my wifi contract after 1.5 years and 6 months remaining.
They said some new cables are being laid and I need to get a new contract. I agreed and they sent me a new contract on mail.
How long before the new wifi starts?
Customer service is all German, cant explain problem to them.

Which product you have is stated in your contract papers. So please just tell us, what contract do you have and in which federal state you live.

Hi Shadab,
the contract includes Internet & Phone. Therefore, the phone cannot simply be removed. This would also not change the monthly price. The TV contract can be terminated at the end of the term.
