I started in Feb2024 my contract with Vodafone and I know with in 9 months I have to request for downgrade, somehow I was not able to communicate the same to Vodafone customer care center team. Now I got to know I cannot downgrade because the grace period of 9 months is finished, and I have to bear with the Extra cost for 24 months. Is there any way still I can opt(downgrade) to 250mbits instead of 1000mbits?

The downgrade must of course be booked before the 9 months expire. Once this period has elapsed, you will remain on the current tariff. You can contact customer service via WhatsApp to see if there is a goodwill decision.

Thanks Denny, However I have sent an letter to Vodafone, lets see what we get as reply. Fingers crossed!
