Hi!
I am moving to another city in Germany. In my new residence, there is already Vodafone internet/contract. It's a shared space so I'm not allowed to actually change it to my setup. I would like to cancel my contract since I can't really use it there.
Can some Vodafone support technician help me here, please?

please report you move via this online form. And please note there that you move to another customer and provide the customer data for the new address.

Hi Stephan,
this link is not leading me to any form. It just gives me two options "Zu mein Vodafone" and "Vertrag hinzufugen". If I press the first one, then "Meine daten", then "Meine Vertrags- und Kontaktdaten", then "Planst du einen Umzug oder eine Vertragsübernahme?", then "Umzug im Deutschland", then it just asks me about the city, and in the next step I get only "Zu den Umzugsservices der Deutschen Post" with an option "Umzugsmitteilung jetzt nutzen". I don't think you meant this form but this is the only one I can find here.

I am currently living in NRW, I have Red Internet - and - Phone (cable). I got my contract from Vodafone, but I think earlier I used unitymedia website to log in somehow (not anymore though).

In order to be able to take a closer look at your request, I need a PN with the following data from both customers:

Date moved:
Please report back here as soon as the message is out. My colleagues will then take a close look at both contracts. The more expensive contract will remain in place and the cheaper one will be cancelled on the date of the move.
