My Cable internet is not working from last one month.
It was a new installation and I requested to treminate the DSL one and activate the Cable internet one month back. The cable internet is not working at all. Frequnt disconnections happening. The technicians came twice but still the same issue. It is disturbing my work.
Request you to cancel the cable internet and keep the old DSL internet active.

I went to the Vodafone shop but person was so rude. He didn't even check my Costomer number and asked to contact the technical team. This is strange neither the technnical team solving the issue nor the support team/contract team teminating the contract . 2 tickets have been closed. I tried to reach out to the contract team but no luck since they don't speak English.
Seriously very bad experience with Vodafone.
It will be great if I can get some help from Vodafone in this forum.

As I could see, a new fault ticket was created via the hotline. As soon as more is known, you will receive a response from the technical department via sms or phone call.

Hi Ida,
The same thing is happening from last 45 days. I am not sure when it will be resolved.
If it can't be resolved , why not the contract termination ! Then I can look for something else.
I am unable to complete my work everyday.
Is there any alternative can be arranged till the issue fixed??
