Hallo,
I have cancelled my Vodafone Kabel contract within the permitted 14 days from start of contract. I have received a confirmation of cancellation as well. Now I try to make a new contract, but i am not allowed. I get an error "This address already has an existing Vodafone contract". Now i have been waiting for many days and made 20-30 calls and no one seems to help me. I require internet for my work and it's urgent. Could someone please help me with it. Thank you!

Has the revocation been confirmed to you in writing? The period begins with the receipt of the confirmation of the order. in which federal state do you live?
