Sorry for writing it in English.
I have to report my bad experience with Vodafone.
I have been a customer for the last 8 years and we want to move to a new address.
There is no option for this address to provide a Cable connection as my existing contract.
The other option is to cancel the contract. For this, I have made 10+ calls to customer care, but no one was able to help me on this.
This is frustrating. why does Vodafone want to do in this way? As I understand, my contract has a provision to cancel it immeditely.
I am posting it here because I see this community as last hope for my issue.

after reporting a move Vodafone will check if the contract can be fulfilled at the new address
if that is not possible the contract will be cancelled automaticly

We did "Report a move" as first step to check if we can port our existing connection.
But the technician from Vodafone explained that it is not possible to provide cable internet connection in the new adress.
So we have decided to cancel the contract.

this is also our expectation, The existing cable connection cant be taken over because there is no cable connection.
can anyone help me to check the status? i can DM the Kunden number.
