Hi everyone,
I am facing packet loss issue since last 40 days, got on customer support and they gave me callback but the lady said she only speaks german. I am attaching screenshot from the ping plotter. What should I do now?

I have already created the ticket and the technician came to my place just restarted the router and told me there is a issue in my street and it will be solved within few days but now it’s been more than 8 days since he visited me and we still have the problem. What should I do? Shall I cancel the contract and move to some other providers? Or Vodafone will compensate me?
