I have a question ❓
I have a contract for vodafone internet cable , this month i booked mobile contract with smartphone at vodafone shop , idid clarify to the employee that i have an ongoing contract for internet kabel with vodafone , she did confirmed it and based on it we concluded the contract .
I just got the first bill and my question is this :
1- Why i did got charged for a connection fee which is supposed to be free for existing vodafone customer .
2- my data volume is 5 gigs which is for new customers instead of 7 gigs for existing vodafone customers.
