Dear team,
I had Vodafone cable broadband in Hanover. While I was moving to Dusseldorf, wanted to shift my connection along with me. However due to non availability of the connectivity in my new location vodafone cound not provide me service and request for cancellation of the connection. I have paid broadband charges till Nov'20 which including 3 months even I have not used your service. Whatever it may and finally my service has been closed in Dec'2020.
However I have received a letter from a 3rd party company (Paigo GmbH) stating that Vodafone has forward a request to collect some outstanding charges. First I am unable to identify what are these charges which is claimed by Vodafone.
My bank account was connected with Vodafone billing system and as generated per invoice all has been settled till Dec'2020. Also if there are any outstanding fees why it was not informed to me before it circulated for debt collection company .
Request you to provide additional information about what are these charges ASAP. For any additional details please feel free to call me.

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for your opinion. I had requested for clarification which neither Vodafone provide enough data nor show me the correct demand.
While the contract is getting terminated what’s the point of a another new contract ID generated. Th eservice termination has been requested for to cancel all the services along with my Broadband connection. The contract was being terminated due to Vodafone unable to provide services to me.
So you are summarizing that I have to pay the charges without detailed data provided by Vodafone.
Ok I will pay the balance amount today but not really happy with Vodafone services. I know I am a very small consumer who used your services and no matter how many mails or thread I write here do not matter to Vodafone.
However I would say finally I really fade off with Vodafone with this attitude. Without correct data it forcing consumer to pay the fees.

Hi asu23,
the contract was terminated due to relocation and unavailability. However, this does not affect the hotspot flat rate. This can also be used without a direct connection from us and is therefore moved and a new customer number was then also assigned. However, we communicated all of this in the letters.

Dear Thomas,
My ask is the letters which you are mentioning those never reached to me. in past when there was a delay or miss Vodafone used to drop an note in email as well. In this case the letters never communicated to me. Also the Account ID mentioned in demand letter or you are stated never in my login account. Hence the mistake from Vodafone is data never shared with Customer but demand keep going on.
so personally I do not have any clue on this demand till I received the demand claim from Paigo. Which makes me upset. Anyway to update you I have cleared the dues whatever claimed by Paigo.

Hi asu23,
you have received an order confirmation with all contract details. You have received all information about the contract. There is nothing more we can write about it.
Since you have clarified everything, the contribution is then also done so far, or?

Dear Thomas,
As in begining itself i had mentioned clearly that if the claim is correct I am ready to clear outstanding demand. However Vodafone is unable to provide me correct information as requested.
If the contract data is there why it is not visible in vodafone portal for me? while my broadband contract has been terminated but i still have access to old invoices and documents.
However i have made teh payment to Paigo for the requested demand.
At the end i would say only one thing Vodafone unable to provide details as requested.

Hi asu23,
Documents in the customer portal are always stored for a maximum of 13 months. Older letters are automatically deleted. Since we're going around in circles here, I'll close this post as well.
Best regards
Lars
