Downgrade from Red Cable 1000 to 50

Hi everyone!

 

I would like to perform the downgrade from Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable, that I have now, to Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable.

I tried doing it by myself in the "MeinVodafone" area but wasn't able to do it.

Can anyone help?
