Hello,
I made an order for a GigaZuHaus 100 Kabel through phone on 02.11.2024 and sending this message on the same day. And I would like to cancel that order as it does not fulfill my needs anymore (wrong start date and I wanted DSL not cable). I would be happy to provide the necessary information on a private message as I have 14 days to cancel any order. I assume the errors were made due to miscommunication as I do not speak German.

As precised in my question, I do not speak German whatsoever, and customer service is only provided in that language.
I tried the online form but it asks for details I do not have (contract number and customer number).
I would like the help of an online operator that could
communicate in English.

I tried the e-mail address as precised. I still did not receive any news. I called and same could not be helped. I am receiving notifications about order being confirmed as well as DHL router tracking (which I refused the package virtually). I can not access any orders online as I did not receive any confirmation code nor anything. I am lost to what to do.
