Finally, they redirected me to someone who speaks English, he wrote my name and my date wrong in the contract for 3 weeks now and there has been no follow-up as they promised in my contract.
Tried to contact them multiple times and they said we would redirect you to our colleague who speaks English and then they hung off the call!!!!!
I want to cancel my contract now but the contract is two years minimum, any ideas on how can i cancel my contract, please?

in this case u need support from official vodafone agents !

english support is normally available by using the official "vodafone germany" facebook page
