Hi Vodafone,
My bank is getting an automatic debit every month for my cable internet when the offer I had taken is suppose to charge me 0 eur for first 6 months.
The bill is 0 eur in my account but vodafone is debiting the full amount each month from my account.
Please check and refund the overcharged amount.
Please check attachment and screenshot for details.

Do you have multiple contracts, e.g. one for mobile and one for landline? In that case you'll still be charged for the mobile contract even though your landline contract is free...

I have multiple contracts but that is a seperate debit that is also happening. I am concerned about the one for cable only.This charge is specifically for cable and its not supposed to be charged.

Check who's charging you:
Vodafone GmbH -> Mobile contracts & DSL contracts (landline using phone outlet)
Vodafone West GmbH -> Cable contracts in NRW, Hesse and Baden-Württemberg
Vodafone Deutschland GmbH -> Cable contracts in all the rest of the federal states except the mentioned 3...

This is an address from a Vodafone shop. No invoice directly from Vodafone.

What action do you propose should be taken. I have only authorized vodafone to do automatic debit by calling your customer care and getting the contract over mail.
The invoice numbers match the invoices in the vodafone account
I have not provided any authorization to any other vodafone shop or had any transaction in this shop

From vodafone site I understand this is not a shop but the official office address.
