Entschuldigung für meine Deutch , ich schreibe auf Englisch.
I've got an email saying that my new product is coming, and I didn't request any change on my current plan of internet.
A family member with the same surname has moved to the same building and requested a new plan for his house, Could that be a mistake since we are sharing the same surname?
How can I solve this issue? because I don't want my plan to change at all!

yes that is quite possible that it is related to the order on the same surname. We'll take a look at it. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address in a private message.
